Shipping & Delivery
Shipping - As we hope delivery times are as near as possible to the advised shipment estimates, unfortunately deliveries are subject to delays due to the involvement of a third party delivery service and therefore cannot be guaranteed. pam pam does not take responsibility for this and advises that purchases are made with plenty of time if there is a deadline to meet. This is particularly true during busy sale periods and Christmas!
Collect In Store - Our store is currently closed due to the current government guidance. Please refer to our COVID STORE UPDATES page for all updates relating to our store, or follow us on social.
All orders despatched within mainland UK are sent using a Royal Mail Special Delivery service and are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. Once fully processed, we aim to deliver all UK mainland orders within approximately 5 business days depending on your chosen delivery service.
We offer two domestic options for shipping - a standard service which estimates delivery within 3-5 business days, and a fast service which estimates delivery within 1-2 days business days. We do not offer a next day service. If you wish for something to be delivered next day, please get in touch - email@example.com - and we will try our best to accommodate
We aim to ship all orders that are placed on a business day before 2pm that same day. This aim can vary during busy periods like sale and Christmas so please be sure to order during these periods with plenty of time allowed to receive your order. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. Also to note, we do not ship on a Saturday so orders placed late on Friday or early Saturday will be the next working day
The Royal Mail service we use requires a signature upon delivery, so please make sure you are available to receive your order, or a neighbour you trust. pam pam is not responsible for your order being received and signed for by someone unknown to you. Please contact Royal Mail if you have this issue with your delivery. To ensure this doesn't happen, please keep an eye on your tracking details to know when your order may be delivered.
If your order does not arrive, please use the following Track & Trace link and enter the tracking number that you received in your Shipment Confirmation email. This will give you the location of where your order is, or if your order was received by a neighbour. If you cannot see any information, please contact Royal Mail and quote your given tracking number.
- Sometimes we run free shipping promotions for domestic orders. This will always exclude special release and raffle related products
Orders despatched Internationally are shipped using a Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For delivery service. International deliveries take approximately 7-15 local business days, excluding bank and public holidays.
Deliveries made outside of the European Union may be subject to delays due to the destination country's Customs and Excise. These procedures are outside of pam pam's jurisdiction. If you have any questions regarding these circumstances, or if your order is delayed, it is advised that you call your country's customs office.
The best way to check the cost of shipping is to proceed to the check out page, enter in your address and your postage will be automatically calculated for you.

pam pam are happy to offer a full refund of the purchase amount, less shipping, or exchange on all online orders within a 14 day period from the date the goods are received, for orders made within the UK. The same 14 day period applies to International orders from the date the goods are received. Please note, all items must be returned in their original, re-saleable condition, with all tags attached/shoe boxes intact. pam pam does not cover return postage for items that are to be refunded or exchanged. **PLEASE NOTE - some special release/limited edition product is not eligible for return due to the nature of the release. This will be clearly stated on the product page of the release and/or on our releases information page, so please be sure before purchasing.
If an exchange is requested, a delivery cost will need to be charged for the exchanged item and pam pam will contact you to organise the postage. In the event of an item being deemed faulty, pam pam will refund all charges and expenses.
**Please note - When sending items back to pam pam from an international location, please mark the parcel with 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs charges. pam pam is not responsible, nor will be held liable for any customs charges on returned items. This will be up to the sender to pay.
How to Return & Exchange
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns form with the reason for return. We will aim to respond within 24 hours with a returns form attached. Once you have received the form, please fill it out accordingly and include it along with the goods to the address below.

At this time, pam pam do not offer "free returns" due to being a small, independent business. Therefore, pam pam will not cover return postage costs. All returns must be securely packaged and sent by registered post or recorded delivery. It is advised that you keep a record/receipt of posting. pam pam will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have received the returned items and deemed them in appropriate order, we will despatch the exchange or issue a refund via your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal account) excluding any original shipping costs, within 3 working days. Please note that payments may take time to show in your bank account. If you have any issues, please email us at email@example.com with your original order number.
We try to ensure our stock levels are kept up to date, especially during busy SALE times. If in the off chance an item you have purchased is in fact out of stock, we will issue you a full refund immediately and notify you via email.
Your privacy is important to us and we take this matter very seriously. We do not store any personal payment information, such as credit card information, on this site. Payments are performed through a third party site that deals with transactions securely. The information we do collect pertains to the information given from the customer upon finalising a purchase. This information includes the customer's name, address and phone number. pam pam does not distribute this information for any reason to anyone. To manage this information, it is possible to log into your account and make changes where necessary. Due to the high level of fraudulent activity regarding online shopping, you may be requested to provide identification before your order can be confirmed. These security measures are in place in order to protect the business as well as the customer. In the result a web order cannot be processed, it will be cancelled and you will be notified via email.
