The best sneakers for kick starting your 2022 fitness plan!

Staying fit and healthy is one of a few on our new year resolution lists for sure! Dry January is truly a reflective month when lots of us start thinking about altering and enhancing our lifestyles, usually with the idea of becoming more active and more concious of our diets. We've come up with a great way to get motivated for the next few weeks, starting with some seriously trendy footwear. Here's our best sneakers for all you dry jan-goers out there!

Lets start with adidas Originals Forest Grove. Available in two vibrant colourways, they're perfect for those who like to make a good impression when getting back in the gym. Once a marathon training sneaker back in the early '80s, the Forest Grove is a true hero with a shock-absorbing midsole making it real nice and cushioned for hitting the gym - and those heavy weights! The suede and mesh overlays give a super light fit on the the foot which keeps you feeling light when working out, whilst the OrthoLite® sockliner will keep you more focused on the run and less on your feet. You can shop our selection of Forest Grove by Adidas Originals.

One of team pam pam's favourites from Saucony! The Azura OG silhouette has connected with so many athletes in so many amazing ways, there's really nothing we don't love about this sneaker. With a mesh, suede and nylon upper (similarly to the Forest Grove) they are super lightweight and breathable, making it a great sneaker for everyday or "every-other-day" types of training. They look pretty awesome on the foot too and in the true OG colour way, it's a real sweet iteration of an old favourite. If you're feeling this beautiful new release from Saucony then we recommend trying it on in our store, as we'll be giving away a freebie with every purchase made in store.

adidas Originals have got it good on this list, with another seriously trendy winner for working out in. The Marathon x i-5923 silhouette from the Never Made collection released in 2018 and combines the best of old and new from adidas Original silhouettes, creating a super comfy and incredibly supportive hybrid sneaker. One part Marathon and the other part i-5923. The Marathon style was one of adidas's first runner styles, whilst the i-5923 challenges most modern runners of today with a sock-like fit and BOOST midsole technology. With the Marathon upper, you've got a seriously cute retro style and fit, but with the i-5923 midsole, you're now got a 70's vibe with all the modern technological benefits. You'd be a dummy to not give this beautiful sneaker a try. Shop this sneaker here.

There wouldn't be a top sneaker list without a pair from sportwear giant, Nike. The Internationalist sneaker is the perfect sneaker to take you everywhere.
