All orders are shipped via a Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service. Below are time and price estimates for shipping domestically and internationally.
We offer two methods of shipment plus an option to collect from our London store. Please see below the options:
- Standard shipping - Royal Mail estimates delivery within 3-5 days. This is a tracked and signed for service. Costs start at £4.50 for orders under 2kg
- Fast shipping - Royal Mail estimates 1-2 days delivery. This is a tracked and signed for service. Costs start from £6.50 for orders under 2kg
- Sometimes we run free shipping promotions for domestic orders! These promotions always excluse special release and raffle products
Please note, for UK customers when entering your address at checkout, the default option is to collect from our London store. If you wish your to be shipped, be sure to select a shipping option :-) Also to note, we do not offer a next day delivery. If you wish for something to be delivered next day, please get in touch - firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try our best to accomodate!
International shipping is calculated automatically at checkout and is dependent on weight. We offer shipping to Europe and rest of the world. We always use a tracked and signed for service where possible.

- Sadly we are unable to offer shipping to Mexico, Ukraine, Indonesia and Philippines at this time. We are working on finding a secure shipping method for these destinations!
- For shipping costs, please go to checkout and input your address. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated based on weight.
- Orders over 2kg will automatically be calculated at checkout. Please refer to these costs
- Please note that limited edition releases may cost more in postage due to the orders being shipped via an express method
- The valid returns period is 14 days for UK and international customers. Items for exchange/return after the return period will not be accepted. The period begins upon receipt of delivery. Please note that some special release/limited edition product is not eligible for return due to the nature of the release. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
- All return/exchanged goods must be in the original, re-saleable condition. Items that have been used/worn will not be eligible for return/exchange and you will be notified via email. It is advised that shoes be tried on carpet/clean surface within the home prior to wearing out to ensure the fit/look is good. All original tags must still be attached. Items without tags may result in no exchange/refund. Sneakers must be returned in their original box
- Some items are exempt for exchange/refund. These items are swimwear bottoms, gift cards, earrings, magazines, lip balms, face creams, oils, socks, perfumes, and aerosols. Also note, some special release product is non-returnable and will be outlined clearly on product pages and our release information page. If you're unsure if what you bought is eligible for exchange/refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Items bought in store are can be returned for exchange/credit note if done so within 14days from date of purchase. We require a purchase receipt to complete a return. You will be refused if you do not present the original receipt and if original tags and shoe box are not present
- Items bought online can be returned for refund/exchange/credit note within 14days from the date the item was received/collected

Collecting from store
Our store is now open to allow customers who have purchased online to collect from our store, or return items bought. Please refer to our COVID STORE UPDATES page for our new, reduced opening times and the safety measures we have put in place in store.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your items have been received and deemed eligible for return, you will be notified via email. If your item is not deemed eligible, we will notify you via email with the reasons why.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, less the original and return shipping cost. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent to you once the refund has been initiated. Please note - funds can take up to five business days to show in your account once transferred. If the refund has still not been received after this period, please contact your bank to ask if they can see any pending transactions. If they cannot, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (if applicable)
- Unfortunately, we are unable to process an exchange for a different item as a straight swap and paying the difference. If you wish to exchange the item you purchased, it can only be done so for the same item ordered, with the exception of a different size
- pam pam does not offer free returns/exchanges at this time. If you wish to return an item, it is the customer who is to pay for return shipping. The same applies for exchange, unfortunately pam pam do not offer free exchange at this time and so the cost of re-shipping the new item/size will be the responsibility of the customer
- We only replace items if they are defective due to a manufacturing fault, or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will assist you
- If you received an item that was a gift and the item is not suitable, please get in contact with the gift giver, get the original order number, and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assist you with your return.

- The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The only time the buyer is not liable is if there is a fault with the product.
- It is advisable that the returned items are sent via a secure, trackable method to ensure the returned goods reach us. pam pam is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit
