New Brand Just Landed: House of Sunny
We’re always on the lookout for brands that feel exciting, fresh, and a little bit different so we’re very happy to welcome House of Sunny to Pam Pam. If you love playful colour, retro energy, and pieces that make getting dressed feel fun again, this is one you’ll want to know.
A Little History
Founded in East London in 2011 by designer Sunny Williams, House of Sunny started as a small independent label with a big vision: to create clothing that feels nostalgic yet completely modern.
Over the past decade, the brand has grown into a cult favourite, especially among a new generation of fashion lovers looking for something more expressive than traditional high street. Still based in Hackney, the label continues to operate with the same independent spirit while building a global following.
Part of what makes House of Sunny stand out is its slower, more thoughtful approach to fashion producing limited collections and focusing on quality fabrics and responsible production wherever possible.
The Style
House of Sunny pieces are instantly recognisable. Think bold knitwear, playful colour palettes, statement textures and silhouettes that feel both vintage and modern at the same time.
The brand often draws inspiration from 70s fashion psychedelic prints, relaxed tailoring and nostalgic colour combinations and reworks these references into pieces that feel fresh and wearable today.
Expect:
- Statement knitwear
- Playful matching sets
- Retro-inspired prints
- Flattering, relaxed shapes
It’s clothing that feels joyful and expressive, but still easy to wear day to day.
Designed with Responsibility in Mind
Alongside its distinctive aesthetic, House of Sunny is also working towards a more responsible way of producing fashion. The brand releases just two seasonal collections a year, allowing more time to source considered fabrics and manufacture in smaller, controlled runs a clear move away from fast fashion’s pace.
All House of Sunny pieces are 100% vegan, with no use of leather, wool, down or other animal-derived materials. Packaging is also carefully considered: garments arrive in plastic-free, biodegradable garment bags made from compostable bio-based films, while labels and tags use recycled or organic materials wherever possible.
In areas like denim, the brand has adopted lower-impact finishing processes such as e-flow technology, which significantly reduces water usage compared to traditional methods.
These steps reflect a wider commitment to reducing environmental impact while still producing expressive, design-led clothing.
