Puma and Butter Goods get together for a skate-themed collection
Australian skate brand Butter Goods and Puma have linked for a collection that connects Butter Goods’ unorthodox approach to Puma’s sport DNA, creating two silhouettes with retro-inspired prints and designs with sport accents.
The collection revolves around a Puma x Butter Goods Slipstream Lo and a Puma Suede VTG.
The Slipstream Lo is available in two colourways - white and brown - and both, with a bulky body and flashes of colour, look fresh out the 90s. The white version is accented with specks of purple, red and green, while the brown pair is more muted but just as interesting.
Butter Goods’ take on the Puma Suede keeps the cards close to Puma’s chest, offering a traditional silhouette that’s been upgraded by bits of branding and the introduction of a slightly wilder hairy suede.
Both pieces standout from Puma’s classic range, as Butter Goods put the skate into Puma’s street and sport worlds.
Other bits from the collection include a range of t-shirts, hoodies, bags and an overshirt, all chaneling 90s colourblocking and utilising a new collaborative design logo.
