Alexander Wang introduces his latest collection with Adidas for Spring Summer 2018. Inspired by garment production errors, the collection features an array of bold misplaced red graphics and imperfect wrinkled fabrics. The 6-piece collection comprises of sporty summer separates as well as more unconventional athleticwear like the super practical TPU film Poncho. The SS18 campaign images became the focus of the collection, making its debut on the fields of Coachella via Instagram.

As the whole collection is focused on factory mishaps, it was no doubt the campaign would mirror the concept. Led by the designer himself, the ‘Wang squad’ took a trip on an RV to the infamously hyped festival whilst photographer, Brianna Capozzi documented their crazy adventures. The team included models, Binx Walton, Lexi Boling, Issa Lish, Cat McNeil and Hanne Gaby Odiele and were all featured at classic road trip locations such as petrol stations and car washes. The campaign promotional video that features the trip can be watched here. You can shop the 1st drop from the collection online here and in-store, with limited sizing and availability.
